PUERTO PLATA CITY TOUR

Puerto Plata is a city with a lot of culture, history and diversity of attractions. One of the most relevant is the Cable Car, which we will reach on this excursion by cable car. It is located on the top of the Isabel de Torres mountain, which is 2,565 feet and 800 square meters.

After enjoying a very pleasant climate, and touring the entire mountain area, we take the cable car down to the Ron Macorix factory, a facility prepared for the exhibition of a wide variety of products and their tasting.

We continue touring the city until we reach Fort San Felipe, which, through the information provided about our history, will go back in time. This fort is located on the pedestrian part of the boardwalk, and you will be enchanted by the beauty of the landscape and admire the panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.

On this occasion, we arrive at the Historic Center, located in the most emblematic part of the city; the guide will take you, through narrative, to go back in time and continue learning about the history of the city, showing you the buildings and places that make it up. You will have the freedom to move in them, for 45 minutes.

Then we move to an establishment, where you can recreate, learn, and if you wish, purchase products from the varied basket offered in the city of Puerto Plata, for approximately 30 minutes.
