Cancellations and Refunds:
Tours can only be refunded if canceled 48 hours before departure. Cancellations within 48 hours can only be refunded with a local medical certificate.
There are no refunds for no shows.
Pregnant women may not participate in extreme, active or diving sports or activities. Participation in our active and adventure tour is voluntary and at your own risk and responsibility and involves a certain degree of physical sporting ability with the possibility of injuries, scrapes, cuts, bruises, friction, rope burns, falls, etc. that can affect your health. . We are not responsible for people getting sick on boat excursions, outside you will come into direct contact with local people who may try to sell you things and ask for money or food, you can politely say no if you don’t want to. Public beaches and rivers can be affected by rain that leaves debris and the water can be cloudy from currents or sand and river water flowing into the ocean.
