Cancellations and Refunds:

Tours can only be refunded if canceled 48 hours prior to the day of the tour. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior can only be refunded with a local medical certificate.

There are no refunds for no shows.

Pregnant women may not participate in extreme activities.

Participation in our extreme and adventurous excursions is voluntary and at your own risk.   Some of our excursions require a certain degree of physical ability with the possibility of injuries including but not limited to scrapes, cuts, bruises, friction, rope burns, falls, etc.  Extreme activities are not recommended for people with cardiovascular problems, back problems and/or difficulty walking.

We are not responsible for motion sickness on our boat excursions.

While out and about you may come into direct contact with local people who may try to sell you things and ask for money or food, if you do not feel at ease with this just politely say no.

Public beaches and rivers can be affected by rain that leaves debris.  Ocean water can be cloudy from rough currents, sand and river water flowing into the ocean.

The meals of the excursions consist of typical Dominican food and can consist of: rice, beans, vegetables, salad, pasta, chicken and grilled or fried fish.

The tour takes place rain or shine, but can be rescheduled in case of heavy rain.

CAMEL SAFARI EXPLORING, reserves the right to cancel, change or modify excursions and prices without prior notice.
